Phantom Award

When you see one of your team mates doing something great, send in the details to Human Resources by emailing humanresources@capitalfoodservice.ca, or by dropping a note in the suggestion box in the lunch room. All submissions will be reviewed and entered into a monthly draw for $100!

Customer Cares Award

We owe the success of our business to the members of our Team, and are asking for your support to recognize them! When a member of the Capital Foodservice Team goes above and beyond for you, meets the needs of your business, or represents Capital Foodservice well, we’d like to hear about it! Each time you email your recognition to humanresources@capitalfoodservice.ca that employee’s name will be entered into a monthly draw for $100!

We want to hear all about the good work we know our exceptional team is providing, and ensure that you team members are being rewarded for going above and beyond even when they think no one is there to witness it.
